Waiting list rules

Version 1.3 z 20.10.2026. Terms of an electronic service under Article 8 of the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The binding version is the Polish version.

1. Who runs the list

The list is run by Maciej Grzeszczak, resident in Wrocław, an entrepreneur trading as ApexLink Maciej Grzeszczak, address for service: ul. Księcia Witolda 49 lok. 15, 50-202 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8952304898, REGON 544941744, email: kontakt@ibwrnajutro.pl.

2. What the service includes

• Waiting list: we send information about the launch of IBWR na jutro sales, planned for 1 December 2026, and a launch offer code.
• Survey after you confirm your sign-up: a few optional questions about how you prepare IBWR today.

The service is free and does not commit you to anything. Before sales open we do not accept orders or payments and do not prepare documents.

3. Who can sign up

Companies and individuals interested in IBWR in connection with their business (construction, installation, health and safety services and similar).

4. Technical requirements

• A device with internet access and an up-to-date browser (for example Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge).
• An active email address.
• Signing up also works without JavaScript. Confirming your sign-up and the survey require JavaScript - instead, you can reply to our message with the word "confirm".

5. Conclusion and termination of the agreement

• You conclude the agreement for this service by sending the sign-up form. Before sending, you can read, save and print these rules. The service consists of sending the messages described in point 7, so signing up also requires your consent to those messages - without it we have no way of telling you about the launch.
• The agreement lasts until sales open and the messages described in point 7 are sent, but no longer than 6 months after the launch. If sales do not open, the agreement ends on 31 March 2027.
• You can end it at any time and free of charge: using the "unsubscribe" link in a message or by email.
• We can end the agreement if we decide not to open sales or if a sign-up contains false data or unlawful content. We will let you know by email if your sign-up was confirmed.

6. How signing up works

• You fill in the form on the website and tick the consent to messages.
• Within one working day we send you an email with a link to confirm your sign-up.
• Without confirmation we will not send any further messages, and we delete an unconfirmed sign-up after 30 days.

7. What messages we will send

At most 3: a request to confirm your sign-up, information about the launch with the launch offer code, and one reminder before the code expires. Apart from these, we will only write about the service itself when necessary (a change of the launch date or of these rules). If you signed up on the English version of the site, we write to you in English. We send messages only from addresses in the ibwrnajutro.pl domain and without attachments. We do not share your address with other companies.

8. Launch offer

• Your first IBWR in the Standard plan for PLN 149 net (PLN 183.27 gross). Price of the Standard plan in the price list valid from 1 December 2026: PLN 199 net.
• For the first 30 companies from the list that order and pay within 30 days of the launch. The order in which orders are paid decides.
• One code per company (one tax ID), for the Standard plan only; the code cannot be combined with other discounts.
• An order with the code is subject to the terms of sale, which we will publish before the launch.

9. Content you send

In the question fields and in the survey, do not enter unlawful content or workers' personal data (names, PESEL numbers, medical certificates). We will delete such content.

10. Security and risks

Using the internet involves risks, including impersonation of the sender (phishing), malware and spam. Before sales open we never ask for payment, passwords or card details. If you receive such a message "from us", or a message from an address outside the ibwrnajutro.pl domain, do not click any links and write to us. The site does not install any software on your device and does not store cookies or any other data on it. Your browser runs only our script that handles the sign-up form (it checks the fields and sends them without reloading the page) - the form also works without it. Details: privacy policy, point 8.

11. Complaints

Send comments and complaints about the list to kontakt@ibwrnajutro.pl: describe what they concern and give the email address you signed up with. We will reply within 14 days.

12. Change of the launch date

If the launch is postponed or sales do not open, we will let you know by email. You can then unsubscribe from the list.

13. Unsubscribing

Every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to kontakt@ibwrnajutro.pl. When you unsubscribe, we delete your sign-up together with your survey answers.

14. Personal data

How we process data is described in the privacy policy.

15. Changes to these rules

We will publish a new version of the rules on this page with a new number and date. We will tell confirmed subscribers about any significant change by email - if you do not agree with it, you can unsubscribe.
