Terms of sale

We will publish the terms of sale (in Polish, with an English translation) before sales open on 1 December 2026. Until then we do not accept orders or payments.

The main rules we are planning. Only the published terms will be binding.

• Sales to businesses only, net prices plus 23% VAT, VAT invoice.
• Payment in advance: BLIK, card or Przelewy24; subscriptions by bank transfer against an invoice with payment terms.
• The Word document the next working day after the order is paid.
• Revisions after the general contractor's comments free of charge for 14 days; if, after two revisions, the general contractor rejects the document in writing because of its content, we refund its price (claim within 30 days of delivery).
• The document is a draft prepared with the use of AI and checked by a person: the contractor reads it, corrects it if needed and signs it.
• Approval is given by the general contractor, so we cannot guarantee it - that is why we offer revisions and a refund.
• Liability limited to the order price, except where the law does not allow it to be limited.
• If you are a sole trader and the purchase is not of a professional nature for you, the terms will describe your additional rights (including the right to withdraw from the contract).
